Coastal family villa with fenced private pool in Les Issambres, Cote d’Azur. There is a homely feel to this tranquil house. Only 5 minutes from the sandy beaches of les Issambres. The villa sleeps 8 adults and 2 children.
The entrance to the villa is situated on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood on the edge of a nature park. The villa is divided over 3 levels, entrance, living and sleeping levels.
At the entrance level is the hall from which a broad staircase goes down to the level of the living. The cozy living room is painted in the Romantic style with contemporary colors. Comfortable seating, fireplace and TV. Following on from the living room is the new modern Siemens kitchen with all amenities including dishwasher, microwave, oven and American fridge. From the lounge there is access to terrace with a table for 10 people. This terrace offers sea views and is partially covered. WIFI is present throughout the house.
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. At the entrance level is the master bedroom with double bed (180x200) and private bathroom (bath, shower and separate toilet). This bedroom also has a private balcony overlooking the hills and the sea. At the entrance level of the pool and garden, the floor underneath the living, are the other 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a large bedroom with double bed (160x200) with new private bathrooms in natural stone (beautiful rain shower, double sink and toilet). The second bathroom on this level has a shower and a bath. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds (2x90x200), bedroom 4 and 5 have a queen size bed (140x200). Three of the four bedrooms downstairs have doors opening to the garden and pool.
The living has direct access to the (partially) covered terrace. On this terrace is a table with 10 chairs and this is the perfect place to enjoy a dinner with friends overlooking the hills to the Mediterranean Sea. The private pool at garden level is high (8 x 4 m) and is completely fenced with beautiful iron fencing. Beside the pool is a stone terrace with summer kitchen (refrigerator and grill plate) and wooden dining table. An ideal place to enjoy a glass of rosé and / or evening sun.
