beautiful lake side villa has heated swimming pool and direct access to
the lakefront beach where you have use of the owners canoe and
windsurfer. Ideal for family or group of friends, it is walking distance
to the small beach town of Ispa.
Large living room with large glass doors lead out to the garden, large
kitchen is a cook's dream or bring in a villa cook while you sit out on
the terrace soaking up the view with a glass of local wine.
Picture windows frame breathtaking views throughout the house, and the
outdoor heated pool continues with those amazing views. Direct access
via a 13 step staircase to the pebble beach where you have use of the
owner's canoe and windsurfer.
Sitting on the east side of the lake, you are able to easily visit characteristic little villages on each side of the lake
