This 4BR/3BA property is the perfect island getaway for fun and relaxation. It’s located minutes from the beach, Harbour Town, Sea Pines Preserve, and the Sea Pines Trolley Lot.
High-end features make for a comfortable and memorable vacation experience. Cook gourmet meals in the state-of-the-art kitchen, play a game of pool, or watch your favorite shows and movies on an array of entertainment devices. The house also features original artworks by the owner.
Stretch out on the relaxing sun-dappled deck, complete with gas grill and dining area. The property is shaded by mature trees, with ample room in the yard for frolicking—dogs welcome!
ABOUT THE HOUSE
The perfect spot for family getaways and groups of friends vacationing together, the open-concept living space is home to a cozy wood-burning fireplace and rich leather seating for nine. Gather together and watch a DVD or your favorite shows on the 49” flat screen with stereo surround sound and Apple TV.
The well-equipped kitchen features state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including a gas range. A generous island with bar offers seating for five—perfect for enjoying a pre-dinner glass of wine.
Enjoy your sit-down meals in the inviting dining area, with seating for six.
The house also features an exciting game room in the loft area, complete with pool table and balcony. This space boasts a 50” TV with sound bar and DVD player, plus a selection of DVDs, CDs, and books. A double sleeper sofa accommodates extra guests.
Ten guests will sleep comfortably between four bedrooms. The master is furnished with a California king-size bed and 50” TV with Roku and opens onto a sunny deck area. The en-suite bath is equipped with double-sink vanity.
The second bedroom, with queen bed, has a 32” TV and a bath with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has a queen and 29” TV.
The fourth bedroom, with a built-in twin bunk bed, is perfect for kids or teens; safety rails are available for the little ones. A third bathroom offers a stand-up shower for convenience.
The outdoor living space is sublime and includes a large deck accommodating up to eight between its lounge chairs and dining area. Chefs will appreciate the Weber grill, and the shaded yard is a great spot for throwing the ball for your dog (this property is pet-friendly). You’ll find dog leashes for your use hanging in the entryway.
Amenities include a washer/dryer set, complimentary Wi-Fi, and driveway parking for up to four cars.
THE LOCATION
Beautiful, spacious house in the heart of Sea Pines and convenient to everything. From this property it is an easy bike ride on the included bikes or just take The Sea Pines Trolley and forget about parking. Only a 10-15 minute bike ride to the beach & Harbour Town. 1.8 miles to the beach, 2.5 miles to Harbour Town, 1 mile to the front gate, 100 yards to the Sea Pines Forest Preserve and only 1/2 mile to the Sea Pines Trolley lot. Or catch glimpses of wildlife at the Sea Pines Forest Preserve—be sure to take a look at the 4,000-year-old Sea Pines Shell Ring while you’re there. Walk through the Vanishing Swamp, or book a tee time at one of the resort’s world-class golf courses.
