Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is nestled in the Brentwood/Allandale neighborhood, an established part of North Central Austin that has become idyllic as a trendy and popular area just minutes from downtown. Tree-lined streets and original, one-story homes with some local Austinites that never left, make this a perfect Austin fit. Make sure you experience lunch at The Little Deli- a great spot for both pizza and sandwiches. Expand your dining choices by venturing out just a short drive to visit the Triangle or Lamar. Three bedrooms down the hall off the living area house 3 queen beds and two full bathrooms- one connected to the master and one in the hallway. There is plenty of parking in our driveway, under the carport, and on the street. Our expansive backyard is fully fenced-in and dog friendly. The nearby parks and wide streets are perfect for walking your furry friend each morning. We recommend strolling down to Thunderbird coffee for a cup of joe and a tasty taco after your morning walk!
