ABOUT THE HOUSE
Enter into the stylish main living area, where you will enjoy sweeping views of downtown L.A. through a bank of frameless picture windows. Unwind with a glass of wine in front of a gas fireplace in the modern living room outfitted for conversation. This space also houses an office area.
The open kitchen just off the main living space is a gourmet chef’s dream, complete with a full suite of stainless steel Viking appliances, including a six-burner gas stove with griddle, double ovens, and a French-door fridge. Stone countertops and an island provide plenty of prep space for the sous chefs in your group.
Enjoy your meals at the glass dining table with seating for six, positioned right beside the windows so every meal is accompanied by outstanding views.
Float in the glistening heated pool, or soak in the hot tub. Mix a cocktail at the wet bar on the deck and cook on the gas grill, all on the 2,000 square foot pool patio. In the evenings, enjoy a big-screen experience on the 78” curved screen in the home theater with seating for six.
Upstairs, you’ll find a 300 square-foot balcony with plenty of relaxed seating and superb vistas from every angle.
Come nightfall, retire to the palatial master suite outfitted with a plush California king bed. In the mornings, step onto the balcony with a cup of coffee, and see all the way to Malibu on clear days. You’ll also enjoy a gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with deep soaking tub, walk-in shower with rain shower head, and double vanity. The second bedroom offers a twin bed, with a guest bathroom nearby.
