ABOUT THE CONDO
Settle down for the evening in a spacious living area with a wood-burning fireplace and 45" flat screen TV. There’s comfy seating for everyone between a couch and two leather armchairs.
Outdoors, admire mountain views from a large private deck equipped with a four-seat table, lounge chairs, and a gas grill.
Fire up the grill for a BBQ, or cook a hearty home cooked meal in the bright kitchen with a breakfast bar seating two. A pinewood dining table seats seven, offering a relaxed spot to share meals and plan adventures.
Ready to tuck in for the night? Two bedrooms offer flexible sleeping options with space for eight guests (can accommodate up to 10 if needed) .
Sleep soundly in the master bedroom with a king-size bed, sleeper sofa, and 45" wall-mounted TV. An en-suite bathroom includes a dual vanity, tub/shower combination, and walk-in closet.
A second bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk, queen-size bed, and a 32" flat screen TV. The adjacent
guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination
Amenities include cable TV, and allocated guest parking for two vehicles.
Note: There are a few pool towels located in the pantry closet for guests, but there are also pool towels that guest can use that are located in the club house.
THE LOCATION
Easy access to the chair lift with a shuttle stop in the property parking lot. In less than 10 minutes in a warm van you'll be at the base of the mountain ready to hit the slopes. Or hop in the car and drive 7 minutes to Dercum Square Ice Rink. Come summer, the rink is transformed into a Putt-Putt golf course.
Golf lovers will be in their element with the 18-hole River Course at Keystone just a 2-minute drive away. It’s fun to spend sunny days at Dillon Marina (9 minutes away) with lakeside dining, sailing, boating, and trout fishing—all set against a dramatic mountainous backdrop.
