Unit 11 - Ocean Front Studio Condo description
Our studio suites are cozy and comfortable and are just perfect for a couple looking to get away from the hustle of the work a day world and spend some quiet paradise. These units are economically priced and located on the beach. It is tastefully decorated with all tiled floors, large walk-in shower, one queen bed, small stove, refrigerator and a table with chairs for two.
Caribe Island condominiums in Belize is located directly on the beach. What makes it unique is that unlike most of the buildings that line the beach on the island, they DO NOT have an obstructive break wall which is a cement wall that separates the water from the land.
Caribe's builder built the break wall under the sand so you can walk into the water and swim or snorkel.
The sleepy little town of San Pedro is just 2.3 miles away can be easily reached by bicycle, golf cart or taxi. We also have a small grocery store and tour/dive operator just a few steps away. Our 300 ft dock provides another excellent spot for snorkeling, fishing, sun bathing or watching the beautiful Belizean sunrises. And when you tire of spending time on the dock you can relax on our meticulously manicured
beach or enjoy our newly renovated fresh water swimming pool. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated, making them “homes” and not a “hotel.”
