Fully updated with newly installed carpet throughout, this three bedroom, two full bathroom townhouse can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.
The main upper level has a large living room with a new flat screen cable TV and gas fireplace, perfect for movie nights!
Also on the upper level is the updated kitchen, excellent for preparing home cooked meals! Don't forget to bring some hot chocolate and popcorn for movie night!
The master bedroom located on the upper level has a new lush and comfortable queen bed along with a separate full bathroom. The linens provided are soft and airy, casually elegant, and will make you feel as though you are sleeping on a bed of clouds.
The lower level has two additional bedrooms, full bathroom and washer and dryer. The first bedroom has a new lovely queen bed. The third bedroom has a full bed with twin pullout trundle. All bedding in the lower level also have the same cozy and luscious linens.
Guests also have access to the garage which can accommodate one car and the driveway can accommodate one car.
BBQ GRILL
You are welcomed to use the grill, it is shared with the neighboring town home. Please clean it after each use.
Centrally located in South Lake Tahoe, you are minutes away from various local attractions!
Right outside the home is a biking path to Camp Richardson in front of the house. Historic Camp Richardson Resort and Marina has a full service marina during the summer months, cross country ski resort during the winter, and beachside dining year round. Camp Richardson also offers salmon fishing!
Pope Beach is less than 10 minutes away from the townhouse and gorgeous Emerald Bay is just 15 minutes away.
Feel like taking a chance at the tables? The casinos at Stateline are only 15 minute drive from the townhouse.
During the winter months, take advantage of the slopes! Heavenly ski resort is 15 minutes away! Venture up to Kirkwood, a 30 mile drive. Also close by is Sierra at Tahoe, only a 15 mile drive!
