This lovely 4-bedroom villa is located at Cocotal Golf & Country Club, a private residential area in the heart of Bavaro.
When you stay here, you’ll be close to many local
restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shopping malls, cinema, supermarkets,
beaches and more! This is the ideal place for you to stay with your
family and/or friends for a super nice and relaxing vacation in
Paradise.
The villa is completely air-conditioned throughout. The common areas
are decorated in light, soothing colors while the bedrooms have warm and
vibrant colors. The villa is very spacious and welcoming and will be a
place where you’ll feel very comfortable.
Downstairs, you’ll find the spacious living room with sitting area
with flat screen TV and a billiard/pool table. WIFI is also available at
the villa.
The kitchen and dining room is located right off the living room and
is one open space. From the living/dining room, you have a direct access
to the furnished terrace, swimming pool & Jacuzzi, outdoor dining
area and garden overlooking the Cocotal golf course. You won’t, however,
be bothered by the golfers, as big, lush trees create a natural barrier
and ensures lots of privacy.
One of the four bedrooms is located downstairs and has a King bed,
closet space and a private bathroom, and also has a large sun terrace.
Upstairs, you’ll find the remaining three bedrooms. The master
bedroom has a King bed, large walk-in closet space and bathroom with
double sinks.
From the master bedroom and the second upstairs bedroom (with king bed), you have direct access to the spacious balcony.
The last bedroom on the top floor both has 2 twin/single beds, closet space and private bathroom.
There is also a living room upstairs with access to the balcony.

villa manager also acts as your personal concierge and is ready to
assist you with basically anything you need to make your vacation a
unique and memorable experience.
