This estate style home is ideal for those looking for their own private resort style getaway. This home is sure to fit any entertainment need you may be in search of. With the ability to host a wedding or event that can accommodate up to 250 guests comfortably.
The home is within walking distance to your favorite concert venue; The Empire Polo Fields, and only minutes away from The La Quinta Resort and other Palm Springs Vacation Homes to accommodate guests attending your special day.
OUTDOORS
The backyard is sure to be your favorite spot whether you're staying at the home or hosting a special event. The salt water swimming pool is perfect for keeping cool or simply enjoying a cocktail while relaxing on the tanning shelf. Spend your nights in the spa while enjoying the mountain views and the grounds of the property. The spacious backyard features a covered palapa bar with a stainless steel BBQ grill, mini-fridge, and 6 bar stools. There is also a 6 person table which is also a great place to entertain while enjoying the sounds of the built in water features of the swimming pool.
For those looking to really take it a notch higher, proceed to the covered bar area located in the back of the backyard. It is fully equipped with everything you need to serve your favorite cocktails. The bar offers 4 high top tables with bar stools, a 60 inch TV, ceiling fans and outdoor heaters for the cooler winter months. To assist with your event, special power sources have been designated for your DJ alongside some bistro lights for ambiance and an additional concrete base for your dance floor.
INDOORS
This spacious one level home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances, double ovens and a fantastic granite center island with four bar stools ideal for socializing with your friends while preparing your favorite meals. A small table with 4 chairs completes this open area.
The family room is open to the gourmet kitchen and offers a 57 inch TV with fireplace, and a pool table that is sure to provide great entertainment for your family and friends. The main living room has a 57 inch TV with a sitting area, and a high top dining table for 6 with direct access and views of the pool area.
MAIN HOUSE
The main house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
BEDROOMS
Master
The well appointed master suite offers a King-size bed with a fireplace with a en-suite bathroom and soaking tub to take in a great relaxing bath, or separate large shower. The master suite also offers large sliders leading out to the swimming pool yard and views of the mountains.
Bedroom 2:
Provides a Queen-size bed with French doors that open up into the living room area and has access to the hallway bathroom.
Bedroom 3:
Offers (2) Queen size beds and has an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination. The second bathroom is also accessible from the hallway.Bedroom 3 has hall access to bathroom 2.
CASITA
The Casita is located only 75 feet away from the main house and features a full living area with a 47 inch HDTV, kitchenette with a full size stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker with granite counter tops. The Casita also offers a private covered patio area and amazing views of the mountains and swimming pool.
Bedroom 4:
The separate bedroom features a Queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom and granite shower.

EVENTS:

The Estate Manager lives at the property behind the house, which has a separate driveway and a fence and large trees separating the two properties.
