renovated King Suite has a magnificent view of our famous Cathedral
Point and Manuel Antonio National Park. Our recently renovated Queen
Suite also has a view of the ocean and many tropical flowers that line
the condominium complex. The property is located within a major
wildlife corridor, allowing you to spot monkeys, sloths and a variety of
birds from the comfort of your ocean view suite!
The Villa offers two independent suites, one Queen Suite and the
other a King Suite. Depending on the size of your group, you can rent
either one or for larger groups, both units can be rented together.
The Villa is centrally located in Manuel Antonio and is within
walking distance to some of our most famous restaurants including: Agua
Azul, Emilo’s Cafe, Barba Roja, Karolas – to name a few, as well as our
very popular coffee establishment (Cafe Milagro). In addition, local
stores, a bank with ATM machine and the local bus stop are just steps
away. Our public bus system runs every 20 minutes at a cost of only .60
cents which can take you to the main beach or to our local town of
Quepos. Most tour companies will pick you up at the villa or 2 minutes
away on the main street. In addition, taxis are in abundance in Manuel
Antonio, so there is no need to rent a car.
Book the entire 2BR/2BA newly remodeled villa or each level
separately; private exterior entrances with no connecting interior.
Villa Vista Mar is perfect for couples, families or groups traveling
together.
The larger completely remodeled Ocean View King Suite boasts a new
fully equipped granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances including
oven, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, porcelain tile floors,
king memory foam pillow top bed, custom trundle daybed in the living
room that can be set us as 2 twin beds or a King sized bed and has
memory foam for comfort. There are A/C units and ceiling fans,
granite/marble/tile bath, flat screen w/cable TV and sliding patio doors
open for a full ocean view.
The smaller remodeled Ocean View Queen Suite has a queen bedroom
with A/C, flat screen TV, ceiling fans, and a separate living area with
partial ocean, jungle view. There is a new kitchenette and custom
daybed that can be set up as 2 twin beds. There is a full bath with
indoor/outdoor shower this unit is suitable for a family of 4.
