Light House by the Sea is a spacious 5 bedroom/3.5 bath home with a beautiful pool, private outdoor patio and grilling area within a short walk to the beach. Enter the front door into an open concept nautical-themed living area with a sleeper sofa and flat screen tv, dining table for 6 with 4 additional seats at the kitchen breakfast bar. A large master suite is nearby with a king bed, flat screen tv, and full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and double vanity. There are also 2 queen bedrooms with flat screen tvs that share a full bathroom. A laundry room is located just behind the kitchen. Now this is where the surprise begins. Take 2 steps down and past a half bath toward the pool area and it's like you've entered another spacious home with a second full size open concept living area with flat screen tv, sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining room table for 4 and 3 breakfast bar stools await you. Off the kitchen is a small screened-in area that allows entrance to the large pool, patio, with a gas grill. Behind this second kitchen area are carpeted steps leading up to an oversize master king bedroom with flat screen tv, huge bathroom with soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. Attached to the master suite is a bonus bedroom perfect for kids with 1 full bed and 2 twin beds.
Just 3 houses in from the beach, so it is less than a two minute walk to the exquisite white sand and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico. And just a few blocks to some of the best shopping and restaurants Destin has to offer.
We have the most ideal location being in the charming beach community of Crystal Beach in the heart of Destin. Additional info: DVD players, long parking strip for 5 to 7 cars depending on size, tiki hut by pool with chaise lounge chairs. The pool is 27 ft by 13 ft.

THE BEACH
Public beach access is approximately a 2 minute walk, and allows you access to the beautiful sugar white sand and emerald green waters of The Gulf of Mexico.
DINING
Casual and fine dining is close by with Camille's Restaurant, just 3 blocks away, or at the Crystal Beach Inn. There are many other restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive such as The Crab Trap, Captain Dave's, or our family favorite, Pompano Joe's where you can enjoy fresh seafood. Many of the restaurants have outdoor decks for enjoying the views and breezes of the Gulf.
The Destin Commons shopping area is less than a mile away and has the 14 screen Rave Movie Theater, Hard Rock Cafe, Bass Pro Shop, and Build a Bear Workshop, as well as many other specialty shops and department stores. Closer to the house and within walking distance is Barnes and Noble and Best Buy. The Silver Sands Outlet Mall is located within 3 miles and provides more excellent shopping for those great bargains as it is the nation's largest outlet shopping center.
