2103 Island Club, Folly Field. This oceanfront villa has everything you need in décor, appeal, proximity to the ocean and a resort feel that’s fun for the entire family! There’s tennis, basketball court, bike rentals, and lots to do and see! Direct ocean views and access from the oceanfront balcony located just outside the living room. Recent updates include new carpet in the bedrooms and tile throughout the foyer, kitchen, dining area, living room, hall and bathrooms.
Large open kitchen with light oak cabinetry, Corian countertops, creamy white tile floors, white appliances include a large side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water on the door, glass top stove, built-in microwave, stacked full size washer and dryer and dishwasher.
The dining area seats six at the iron and glass decorative table and there are three stools at the kitchen bar. Stepping into the living room where there is an area rug, sleeper sofa, four other rattan chairs, a bistro table with two high stools and glass and rattan tables. A 39” flat screen TV with DVD player is here for your entertainment. A sliding glass door will take you onto the balcony where ocean views abound!
The master bedroom offers a king bed, a white panel headboard, two night tables a double dresser with mirror and flat screen TV. Navy and white bedding is complimented in the oversized arm chair with ottoman. There are soft blue walls and a darker blue accent wall behind the bed. Views of the ocean greet you every morning! The bath has a large walk-in shower, single sink, tile floors and is painted in a soft light blue.
The guest room is a creamy light yellow with blue spreads. There is white furniture including headboards on the full and queen size beds, a single dresser with mirror and one night table. The hall bath serves this room and has a tub/shower combination, single sink vanity and tile floors.
