Jewel of Terra Cotta - Private Pool, Walk to Beach description
With room for up to 12 guests, the 3BR/3BA Jewel of Terra Cotta has a large fenced backyard with a private pool, gourmet chef’s kitchen, and light-filled living space. Here for the beach? A short stroll provides private access to clear ocean water and Destin’s famed sugar-white sands.
LIVING AREA
A driveway leads to the front of the property. Stepping inside the main entry, you will immediately fall in love with the spacious, professionally designed interior. Unwind in the beach-inspired living room, configured with plush couches and a 72” flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef in the group will have eyes on the gourmet kitchen. This fabulous space to cook up a feast boasts beautiful granite countertops, glass tile accents, and stainless steel appliances.
Share meals at the chic dining table for eight and kitchen bar for four.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
Find two master suites on the second floor.
The first master suite is appointed with a king-size bed, 47” TV, and designer en-suite bathroom with a double vanity as well as a glass walk-in shower.
The second master suite features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private balcony. The en-suite bathroom holds a tub/shower combination. (This bathroom may also be accessed from the hallway.)
An additional bedroom on the first floor has a queen-size bed and 32” TV. The guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combination.
The upstairs sleeping space has two built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds, a 42” TV, and a sleeper sofa. In the daytime, the kids can use it as a den, and adults can turn it into their own private movie room.
OUTDOOR AREA
French doors from the living room lead outside to a fenced backyard with a 5’-deep private pool.
After a day at the beach rinse off in the outdoor shower.
As a guest at the Jewel of Terra Cotta, you also get to use the amenities located in the Terra Cotta Terrace neighborhood -- including private beach access, sand volleyball courts, two tennis courts, and a heated swimming pool.
