INSIDE THE CONDO
From the covered parking garage, walk to the complex's second landing and find your unit on the corner. Brand new furniture, new carpets, tasteful artwork, and fresh paint guarantee a comfortable Breckenridge vacation.
There's a mudroom just inside the front door, furnished with a big bench for hopping in and out of your outdoor gear. To the left is a half-bath, and just to the right is the kitchen. There's plenty of counter space here, plus a fridge, electric stove, and dual sink. Laundry facilities are located off the kitchen.
Across from the kitchen is the open-concept living room, which features seating for 5 on an inviting couch and 2 chairs, a gas fireplace, and 43" TV with HD. A dramatic dining area seats 6 around a glass-top table, and sliding doors lead to a small deck, furnished with 2 chairs and a propane grill.
Take the stairs up to the bedrooms—the master awaits at the top, furnished with a king-size bed. The en-suite bath has a dark shining vanity and a shower/tub combo with glass doors. Find the second bedroom to the right, stocked with 2 twin-over-twin bunk sets. Another en-suite boasts huge counters and a glass door shower/tub combo.
OUR LOCATION
This cozy condo is walking distance to Snowflake Chairlift and lively Main Street Breckenridge! For a change of snowy scenery, find Copper Mountain Ski Resort just under 6 miles away. In warmer months, hike Mohawk Lake Trail just over half-mile away and the Gold Run Trail less than 3.
You'll need some serious fuel for your outdoor adventures, and there's plenty of eateries to choose from minutes from your door. Relish offers new twists on classic American under a quarter-mile away, and Cabin Coffee offers hot drinks, breakfast, brunch, and a killer sandwich selection.
La Petit Paris has the best authentic French dining around .3 miles away, and a little more European flavor can be found at the nearby Absinthe Bar—anyone for a digestif?
