INSIDE THE HOME
A wall of windows and vaulted ceilings create a grand first impression in the open-concept living space.
Awash with light, the main sitting area features a 60” HD TV mounted above modern gas fireplace with limestone surround. A home theater powered by Bose includes AppleTV and Netflix. Snuggle up on a comfy new couch while watching a movie or gazing out at the backdrop of snow-capped mountains.
After a day on the slopes, step out to the patio and fire up the gas grill for an afternoon BBQ, then take an indulgent soak in your own private hot tub.
An entertainer’s kitchen overlooks the dining and living area, stylishly outfitted with dark wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances - including an induction cooktop and wine fridge.
Choose a chilled bottle from the fridge, then take a seat at the kitchen bar. When dinner is ready, the nearby dining area offers seating for 8.
Both bedrooms are light and airy with vaulted ceilings.
The master bedroom features a queen bed and flat screen TV with cable and Apple TV. An en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom has a queen-size Murphy bed, which can be folded up to make space for yoga or stretching when not in use. This room also has flat screen TV with cable and a private bathroom with walk-in shower.

Mountain biking in the area is truly phenomenal. Named as the only IMBA Gold-Level ride center in North America, there are over 400 miles of maintained single track - with several starting within a few minutes of the condo. Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain both offer lift access MTB riding with some wonderful flow track and freeride trails.
A hiking trail starts just behind the condo, allowing quick access to 400+ miles of scenic trails.
No matter the time of year, this tranquil mountain home puts you within easy reach of a wide array of outdoor adventures, from snowmobiling and sleigh rides to hiking, biking, golfing, waterskiing, zip lining, rock climbing, and fly fishing.
