This woodsy 2BR, 2BA condo can comfortably sleeps 9 thanks to a clever loft in the guest room. Walk to Breckenridge Ski Resort and the amenities of the ski village. When you're done, relax in the heated community pool and spas.
INSIDE THE CONDO
Parking is a breeze at this condo with 2 passes included. You’ll find your unit upstairs, full of simple comforts and brand-new plush carpeting throughout.
Bedrooms are in the hall right by the entrance—on the left is the large guest bedroom that sleeps 5. A queen-size and a twin bed are on the floor level, while adventurous climbers can head up to the loft, where 2 more twin-size beds await. There’s storage space in the dark wood dresser.
The en suite bathroom features an extra closet, a large single vanity, and a separate room with shower/tub combo and toilet. Another bonus: off this room is a private balcony where you can spot mountains peeking through the trees.
Farther down the hall and on the right is the master bedroom, where you can spread out on the king-size bed. The master also has an en suite bathroom with a separate shower/tub and toilet room.
Pick up a book or a DVD on the way down the hall to the cozy family living/dining/kitchen area. There’s seating for 5 on brand-new plush couches surrounding the 35” flatscreen TV. The larger sofa can fold out into a bed for 2 guests, if needed.
The kitchen is no-frills yet has everything you need to cook a good hot meal on the electric range. Though it’s galley-style, it’s open to the dining room over the breakfast bar so you won’t feel cramped.
The dining table seats 6, and another 4 can join at the breakfast bar. Light up the gas fireplace during dinner for a very homey feel, and if you need some fresh air, there’s a second balcony off the dining room.
LOCATION
Ski bums, rejoice! Here the slopes of Breckenridge Ski Resort are practically in your backyard, including the Quicksilver Lift and the ski school, which are both just a short walk away. A 5-minute walk will take you to the nearest restaurants and cafes in the ski village—do not attempt stunts uncaffeinated!
For excellent farm-to-table food in a converted Victorian home, try The Hearthstone, less than 2 mile from your condo. The Breckenridge Brewery and Pub is one of Colorado’s original craft breweries, and you’ll love it’s family-friendly vibe.
After your long day on the slopes, soothe your tired muscles in the heated community pool, or in one of the hot tubs. You’ll be so glad you did when you do it all again the next morning!
