ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The open-concept floor plan in this vacation rental creates a welcoming space. On the first floor, you’ll find a generous living area with a sofa and two chairs, where up to eight can gather to enjoy a movie on the 55” wall-mounted flat screen TV.
The spacious kitchen has beautiful glass-front wooden cabinets and a breakfast bar with plenty of seating. Chefs will delight at the deluxe appliances, including a dishwasher, dual sink, and six-burner gas range. Gather for meals in the adjacent dining area with seating for six.
A guest bathroom on this level has a whirlpool tub - perfect for a relaxing soak.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a luxurious king bed. Frosted-glass sliding doors separate the suite from the rest of the home. The en-suite bath has a walk-in shower with custom tile work.
The guest bedroom has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. A closet provides extra storage.
For an authentic Venice Beach experience travel down to one of the area’s many local shops and restaurants.
Parking for up to two vehicles, Wi-Fi, and cable are all included in this rental. A full-size washer/dryer is shared with the other unit on the property. There is a 220V outside outlet for charging a Tesla or other electric cars (please bring your own cable).
